All items featured on this website can be special ordered to meet your specifications on size, stones, diamond color/clarity/weight, and gold.

If you want a completely unique, one-of-a-kind piece, EuroArt Jewelers is also able to design custom pieces for you. Or if you have something special in mind, we will definitely work with you, using our expertise, to develop the perfect product.  Our ultimate goal is to make your jewelry buying experience as comfortable as possible.  And in the process, we hope to build a relationship with our customers that will last for generations to come.

Care and Repair

All jewelry naturally goes through wear and tear from use.  Gemstones, including diamonds, can be subjected to chipping and scratching under the right conditions.  To avoid excessive damage, take off jewelry before doing any manual labor, including housework, or strenuous activity, like playing tennis.

We also recommend you get your jewelry cleaned once or twice a year.  Additionally, you should periodically check your jewelry for loose stones, bent prongs, unsecured clasps, etc.  You can stop by our store any time (please see our Contact Us page for business hours), and we will gladly help you with any cleaning or repairs to make your jewelry look new again.  If you live out of state or aren’t in the LA area often, here’s a good home remedy on cleaning your jewelry:

1. Boil water in a pot
2. Add a couple drops of dish detergent (i.e. Palmolive) and ammonia
3. Once boiled, set aside
4. Place your gold and diamond jewelry in the water for about 5-10 minutes
5. Then, clean dirt and grim away with an old tooth brush
6. Finally, rinse with cold water

This will only get you through a short while, so if you want a true clean, you’ll need to come by our store where we’ll take care of all your jewelry needs!

Exchange Policy

Merchandise purchased at our store can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase.  However, due to the time, labor, and expense involved with Special Orders/Custom Designs, we do not allow exchanges for these types of items.
